Cut all the vegetables into small pieces and add them to the pot (onion, bell pepper, carrot, green beans, artichokes, peas) and poach them.

When they are poached, add the tomato cut in small pieces to fry.

Add the cuttlefish, garlic powder, saffron, paprika and the spices of your choice, to taste.

Add a little white wine and wait until the alcohol evaporates.
