Preheat the oven to 200°. Line a rectangular baking dish with baking paper.

Mix the buckwheat flour, cinnamon, cocoa powder and baking powder with a spoon. In another bowl, mash the bananas with a fork and add olive oil and yogurt (I use Alpro). Then mix the ingredients with a spoon.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. To do this, sift the mixture with a sieve over the banana, oil and yogurt. Stir to integrate everything well.

Pour the mixture into the mold and decorate with walnuts. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180° with air up and down.
