Place all the previously peeled vegetables in a pot with water so that it covers them all. In my case I used 2 carrots (cut in half), 3 potatoes (cut in half), 1 onion (whole or in half without the first two layers), half a leek, a sprig of parsley and two sprigs of celery (optional). Add a vegetable stock cube, a drizzle of olive oil, and cook for 40 minutes with the pot covered over medium-low heat.

When the vegetables are ready, strain the broth (it can be used to make noodles or rice broth, and having all the flavor of the vegetables is incredible😉). Mash the vegetables and add half a glass of liquid cooking cream. Stir everything together, and that's it! Makes about 6 servings approximately
