Preparación de la receta

TENDERLOIN: In a frying pan put the butter and half of the oil.

Add the onion, garlic and thyme.

Add the mushrooms. When everything is sautéed, set aside.

Add the rest of the oil and sauté the sirloin. When ready, mix with the reserved vegetables.

Mix 10 ml of water and the liquid cream and serve on top of the meat. Add parsley to taste.

RICE: wash the rice with abundant water.

In a pot boil water, along with the rice, salt and cardamom seeds (optional). Once ready, let stand for 10 minutes.

OPTIONAL: To spice and color the rice you can add 1 g of turmeric or a thread of saffron.
