Put the beets and a little water in the blender until you get a mixture without beet pieces. I have used already cooked beets, but if you have raw beets, you have to cook them in water first.

Knead the corn flour with the previous mixture and add water (about 2 and a half cups) until a smooth consistency is achieved and it does not stick to your hands. Add salt and chia to taste

Make small balls (I got 6) and flatten with the palms of your hands

Cook them in a frying pan (or budare) with a little olive oil and with the help of a knife turn them over after 15 min. Let them cook on both sides.
