Rice nerone with gorgonzola and mushrooms

The rice we will use for this recipe is nerone rice. In the ingredients it appears as white px in the search engine does not give option to put it.

We cook the rice. This rice needs more time (about 40 minutes). Set aside.

Chop the mushrooms and fry them with a little olive oil. Add the crumbled cheese and let it melt.

Add the cream (I put 100 ml, more or less is 1/2 glass) and the chopped walnuts (but not too small).

Let it thicken while stirring and add the rice. Stir well to mix all the ingredients.

Now we have our rice. We can plate it as we like. Now we just have to enjoy it ❤️
