RECIPE: 1. Preheat the oven to 180'. 2. Put the pitted dates in warm water for 5-10min. 3. Crush the dried fruits, so that they are well chopped. Set aside. 4. Mash the banana, the almond drink, the vanilla flavouring and the dates with a little of their water. 5. Separately, mix the solid ingredients (the rest except the dark chocolate) but leave a little of the chopped nuts to decorate at the end. 6. Mix everything together, liquids and solids. 7. Grease a mold with extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil. Place the dough and bake for 25 minutes. 8. Remove from the oven, decorate with the melted dark chocolate (in a bain-marie or in the micro) and the chopped nuts. 9. Refrigerate until the chocolate solidifies. 10. Enjoy! 😋🤤😋🤤.
