Preparación de la receta

Wash the quinoa four times and soak in water for 5 hours.

Once the 5 hours have passed, drain the quinoa and blend the quinoa with the water, oil and salt.

Spread the dough on parchment paper on a baking sheet (it should be as thin as possible) and bake for 10 minutes at 170 degrees.

After 10 minutes, remove the dough and together with the parchment paper, fit it into a mold (preferably circular). Set aside.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix them with the diced ham and cheese. Pour the mixture over the quinoa dough and decorate with tomato slices on top.

Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, until the surface is lightly toasted.
