Peel the carrots and cut them into slices of approximately the same thickness.

Put them in a microwave safe container with a splash of water and cook at maximum temperature for about 8 minutes. The idea is to steam the carrots so that they do not absorb water.

We spread the pan with coconut oil, if you do not have coconut oil, you can use extra virgin olive oil (the thing about using coconut oil, is basically for the flavor), heat and add the carrots to it once cooked, sprinkle the curry and salt to taste. Remove when they have browned. GOOD TASTE.
