First of all, you have to make the dough. Mix the oat flour with half a glass of white wine and half a glass of EVOO. Add the yeast, salt and oregano.

Roll out the dough well and add the products one by one. Crushed tomato, onion, cheese, mushrooms and ham. Season with oregano, garlic powder and salt. Finally, add a drizzle of EVOO oil on top.
