Fry the paprika, chopped garlic, crushed tomato, shrimp and crayfish.

We sauté the noodles so that they take the taste of the previous sauce.

Add twice as much broth as noodles (I have used broth made by me with the heads and bones of a hake, a salmon, a turbot and 5 shrimps from Denia).

Boil for 10 minutes over medium-high heat and the last 3 minutes over medium-low heat.
