The ingredient that I have substituted has been the vinegar, which in the original recipe is rice vinegar, but as I didn't have it, I used apple vinegar. With these quantities, I would say about 8 servings approximately.

We split the pears with skin and put them in the food processor or blender, peel the half lemon and put it also in the food processor.

We also put the rest of the ingredients in the blender or food processor and grind until we have the right consistency. You can taste the salt, since the quantities say one gram, but I have used a little less than a teaspoon. It couldn't be easier.

Decorate with the toppings you want, in my case I put chopped pistachios and cashews. You will be surprised! It is a real delight.
