We make the meatballs and put together the minced meat (in this case I have used pork but you can use whatever you want, chicken, beef or mix), pine nuts, breadcrumbs, egg and fresh parsley cut into small pieces. Add salt and black pepper, mix it all together and then make small balls.

In a frying pan make the meatballs. It is not necessary that they are completely done, I mark them with a little oil and then let them finish cooking in the sauce.

Meanwhile, I make the sauce. I put a little oil and cook the garlic. Then I add the leek and the garlic. While this is cooking a little, I cut the bell pepper and add it.

When this is done I add the crushed tomato and let it reduce a little and add the meatballs to finish cooking and take the flavor of the sauce. They are very good馃槉
