Preparation: - Cut the leek and carrots into slices.

Boil the rice over high heat for 7 minutes with a little salt and oil. After these minutes we will add the leek and the carrot already cut. Lower the heat to medium and let the rice finish cooking.

While the rice is cooking, beat the egg and prepare an omelet in a frying pan, cut it into small pieces.

In the same frying pan we make the veal fillets, which we will also cut into small pieces.

Once the rice is cooked, drain it and put it in a frying pan, add the tortilla and the veal already cut. Mix well. Then add the soy sauce and stir, leave for a few minutes to integrate the flavors and ready to eat!
