Wash 200g of cooked chickpeas ❌ until no foam comes out ❌. Take it to the blender beaker and add: ➕ 2 cloves of garlic ➕ a pinch of salt🧂 ➕ 20g ground sesame seeds. ➕ If you like, add cumin. ➕ 15g EVOO ➕ 15 ml Lemon juice🍋 (squeeze half a Lemon). ➕30 ml of 💧💧 (depending on how creamy you like it).

Crush everything! Take to the fridge ❄ and choose what to taste it with.... 😁 This time I chose raw carrots. 🥕🥕
