In a pot with hot water cook the pasta to taste for the time indicated in the instructions.

In a frying pan pour the butter, when it melts, add the flour and stir continuously, you will see that it becomes a dough. Now pour half of the milk and the cream cheese and continue stirring the mixture. Add a little salt and pepper to taste.

Stir in the cooked ham and mustard and continue stirring for a couple of minutes until the sauce thickens.

Add the cheddar cheese and cook for several more minutes until the cheese melts. Add the rest of the milk to add creaminess to the sauce and keep it on the heat for a couple of minutes.
