✳ INGREDIENTS ✳ ▪︎ 1 sweet potato. ▪︎ 30gr quinoa. ▪︎ Garlic. ▪︎ Onion. ▪︎ Green bell pepper. ▪︎ Red bell pepper. ▪︎ Salt. ▪︎ Turmeric.

✳ HOW IS IT DONE? ✳ Roast the sweet potato at 200° for about 40 minutes. Cut in half and set aside. Cut the vegetables, sauté, add salt and turmeric. Meanwhile we cook the quinoa for 15 minutes. Drain and add to the sauté, mix well so that all the flavors are integrated. Put the quinoa on top of the sweet potato and eat. What do you think? 😊💚
