Salmon tartare, mango and avocado

Cut the salmon into cubes, as well as the half onion (this very small) and mix with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, a tablespoon of olive oil, grated ginger (to taste), a finely chopped cayenne pepper, and the juice of a lime. Mix everything together. Let the mixture rest between 30min and 120 min.

Cut half an avocado and a mango in cubes of the same size as the salmon (to taste). Add the juice of a lime, a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix everything together and let stand for at least 30 minutes.

After the two mixtures have rested... Ready to plate. If you have a mold below the avocado and mango mixture, and above the salmon (My first mold was a round tupper to which I removed the part leaving a cylinder).

We add sesame seeds on top... And eat!
