Put the potato to cook.

Cut the broccoli into florets and, when the potato is 10-15 minutes old, add to the cooking (the broccoli stems will not be used but you can save them to make broth or cream).

When everything is quite soft, take it out, put it in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Add the flour and Parmesan and stir well so that everything is integrated as a paste / dough.

Spice to taste: I add paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and salt.

Let it cool a little and make the balls. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200º. And ready!
