We cook in homemade broth with the pumpkin in pieces. More or less about 8-10 minutes. When it is cooked, grind the cooked pumpkin with the broth in a blender.

Chop half of an onion and poach it in the frying pan, when it is ready, add the rice and mix it with the onion. Then the pumpkin broth is poured little by little in the pan with the rice and the onion. It is poured little by little as the rice is taking the broth, until it is ready.

When it is ready, add the soy, you can also add 15 grams of butter if you like risotto with it. Then add a handful of grated cheese to taste. Everything melts with the heat

Add parsley for garnish, or chives. And enjoy!
