First we soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes, then we remove the pits and grind them with a little water to obtain our date paste.

In a bowl, mash a ripe banana and add the oatmeal, egg, 7 tablespoons of milk, 2 tablespoons of cream, cinnamon, chopped walnuts and yeast. Mix well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Place the mixture in muffin pans and bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

Bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees, decorate to taste.
