In a glass with hot water we soak the prunes to make prune paste this time ( for trying new flavors 😏😅😅). We beat with a little of the water and put in a jar.

Prepare the base of the jars by crushing the pistachios with a spoonful of plum paste and a splash of passion fruit juice. Put it in the jars and press it well.

Reserve one of the passion fruit for garnish, the other ones we remove the juice by crushing them in a strainer.

Beat the skyr with the yogurt, crushed cardamom, vanilla, the whipped mango, passion fruit juice and 2 tablespoons of plum paste, if you like it sweeter, add more.

Dissolve the gelatin in the hot milk and gradually add the yogurt cream, mixing well.

Pour into the jars and place in the refrigerator for a few hours to set.
