Put in the bottom of a bowl the greens you want, tender sprouts, etc ... I really like to mix batavia lettuce with oak leaf lettuce, raw spinach, lamb's lettuce and arugula, for example. You can use whatever you want.

Add feta cheese (crumbled or not) or any other cheese you like.

Add a mix of seeds, such as pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, poppy seeds, sesame seeds...

Season with salt (iodized sea salt in my case due to hypothyroidism), apple cider vinegar (or whatever you have) and EVOO.

You can add nuts, other vegetables, whatever you want. Sometimes I make a crunchy toasted corn with edamame and crunchy soy, and it gives it a spectacular touch.
