Mix all the ingredients: Kefir, egg, oat flour and the sweetener of your choice. I used erythritol because I didn't have many dates left.

The texture is more or less liquid. Spread on baking paper. You can also make round shapes for cookies, but I made it as a cake.

Bake in the oven at 180⁰ about 25-30 min until golden brown. Once cool, cut into pieces. Optional leave it as it is or put melted chocolate in a bain-marie over it.
