A handful of hazelnuts A handful of cashew nuts 5-6 walnuts And a cup of oat flakes approx. Crush all the nuts and put them to toast in a non-stick frying pan.

When they are toasted, salt them and place them separately on a tray to cool.

In the same pan add the oatmeal until it is toasted, stirring constantly so it does not burn. When it is ready add the nuts and add date syrup in my case homemade, honey or any natural sweetener to taste. With a little coconut oil we add it and let it cook for about 5 minutes and READY!
