The amount of soy and oil is enough to marinate 2 or 3 pieces of salmon loin with skin. Put the salmon in a tupper and cover them with the oil and soy and add the piece of ginger and sesame seeds. You can leave it for an hour or even from the day before, the longer you leave it the more flavor it will get.

Heat a frying pan and place the salmon, I do it a couple of minutes on each side, so that it is not overdone. Start with the skin side.

You can accompany the salmon with a salad. Today I made it with lettuce, chives and strawberries, but any salad with pickles is great.
