Hello! 👩🍳 At home we eat legumes several times a week. I have a few basic recipes, which are never missing and other new ones that I try for a change. The proposal that I bring today: LENTEJAS WITH TOMATO SAUCE Ingredients: - Lentils (I have calculated about three handfuls per person). - 🧅1/2 onion and 🧄1 garlic - 🥕1 carrot - 🍅400 gr of tomato - 🍶200 gr vegetable broth or water - 🧂oil (AOVE), salt, cumin, ground black pepper, a touch of paprika de la Vera and oregano. 1️⃣ Crush the tomato and set aside. 2️⃣ Cook the lentils in salted water and set aside (you can cook more so you can use them in another preparation). 3️⃣ Make sofrito with the onion, garlic and carrot, all finely chopped. For Thermomix, chop 5 sec/speed. 6 and program 5 minutes/varoma/vel.spoon. Add the tomato and the spices and sauté until it is ready. For Thermomix, program 15 minutes/100C/spoon speed and taste, program a few more minutes if necessary. 4️⃣ Add the broth or the water and

sauté for a few more minutes until you obtain a sauce to your liking, taste and adjust with salt and spices if necessary. For Thermomix, program 5 minutes/100C/turn/spoon speed. 5️⃣ Add the drained lentils in the sauce and sauté for a few minutes. For Thermomix, program 5 minutes/100C/spin/spoon speed.
