Boil the chicken🐓 with half an onion 🧅, garlic 🧄, black peppercorns, parsley and salt 🧂 . Keep adding water 💧 until it is covered. Let it boil until the chicken is cooked enough to shred. Save the broth from the boiling to add to the rice later.

Boil the rice 🍚

Crush the tomatoes 🍅 , garlic 🧄 and onion 🧅.

Make the sofrito in a frying pan 🥘 with the crushed tomato, garlic, onion, extra virgin olive oil and spices.

Add the diced chicken to the frying pan with the sofrito, mix everything together and add more spices to taste. Add a little of the cooking broth and let it evaporate 💨 over low heat 🔥 so that the sauce concentrates and the chicken is tasty.

Now all that remains is to add the rice to the pan, mix and add the broth little by little and allow it to evaporate 🥘
