Mash the banana with a fork until it forms a mush, add the egg and oil and stir well.

Add the yeast, vanilla, chocolate, and little by little the flour, stirring well until you have a compact and moldable dough that you can hold with your hands.

Form small balls with the dough and flatten them a little bit. Put them in the airfyer / oven at 180º for about 20-30 minutes until they are golden brown on the outside.
