Peel, chop the mangoes a little and put them in the blender or food processor together with the lemon juice and the cardamom. Blend for a while until creamy. I used ripe national seasonal mangos.

Add the coconut yogurt: I used the coconut Greek from alpro. I caught it on sale with the second unit at 50% and I brought several 😍. It is very creamy and thick, ideal for making this.
