For the filling: -Mix the cooked rice, tuna, hard-boiled egg and chopped olives in a bowl. - Season to taste with salt and pepper. - Add the mayonnaise and mix until the paste is as homogeneous as possible.

Tomatoes: - To hollow out the previously washed tomatoes, with a knife make a circle taking care not to cut the bottom or sides of the tomato. - Make a cross in the middle and then remove the pulp with a spoon. (Reserve in another bowl to use it for a salad, sauce or whatever you prefer).
