Finely chop half an onion and a clove of garlic and put it in the pan with a little oil until the onion is poached and the garlic begins to brown (without burning!!).

Add salt and mushrooms and sauté. When ready, remove from heat.

Put the mushrooms with the onion and garlic and the rest of the ingredients in the blender and blend. Just a beat of blender so that the pieces of mushroom, onion ... are fine.

Half fill our soufflé molds and put one by one (this is important) in the microwave at maximum power for 1.5 minutes.
