In a small saucepan, add the oats, chia and sesame seeds, cocoa, cinnamon and vegetable milk. Mix everything together and put it on the heat until it starts to boil.

While it is cooking, cut the apple (or any fruit) and place it in a bowl.

When the oatmeal starts to boil, remove it from the heat and pour it into the bowl with the apple. I like my oatmeal more liquid so I let it boil less, but if you want it more pasty just leave it a little longer on the heat so the oatmeal absorbs the milk.

Add the seeds or nuts of your choice and the peanut butter.
