Add in a frying pan, preferably a wok pan, the Italian green bell pepper, half a red bell pepper and half a carrot with the fire at the minimum. Simultaneously bring water to a boil in a pot.

Once the vegetables are slightly cooked, add the onion, mushrooms and chopped garlic and salt. Once the water starts to boil, cook the yakisoba for 4 minutes.

When the vegetables are about to be cooked, add the veal until it is done. Once everything is cooked, turn the heat up to medium and add the white wine, let it boil for a few minutes and add the soy sauce, along with the oyster sauce and mix. Finally turn off the heat and once the yakisoba are done, strain and mix everything well in the pan.
