We peel the potatoes and cut them to the fault. We do not preheat the frying pan, when we have the potatoes cut we turn on the fire and put them in. Let them cook. Beat the eggs and cut the avocado.

Add the potatoes to the bowl of eggs, add salt to taste and stir.

Heat the frying pan, once hot add half of the mixture and stir a little so that the egg is not so raw, add the 5 slices of havarti.

Add the avocado.

Add the cheddar cheese.

Finally, cover with the other half of the mixture.

Turn a couple of times over high heat to finish cooking it.
