Put a saucepan with water over medium-high heat; once it starts to boil, pour the soybean pods (edamame) and cook for 5 minutes, about a handful, better to have too much than too little.

Once the edamame is cooked, strain the water and rinse the pods. After this, remove the inside and set aside. Cut the cucumber into slices.

In a bowl, add the lamb's lettuce, sliced cucumber, edamame, wakame seaweed (in my case previously thawed, 1 package from Mercadona), fish, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds, and pour a dash of soy sauce.
