Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolk.

Mix the egg yolks and avocado in a bowl, mashing with a fork until well blended.

Make a homemade mayonnaise with one egg, the oil and a pinch of salt. Add to the bowl and mix until it has the consistency of a sauce.

Chop the salmon and add it to the previous mixture. Fill the eggs with the mixture. Let stand in the refrigerator until serving time.
