Place the egg, about two handfuls of oatmeal, and a dash of milk in the blender cup.

Beat the mixture well and check the texture. If it is too thick, add a splash of milk. If it is too liquid, add a little oatmeal. Ideally, the dough should be fluid.

OPTIONAL: add to the mixture cinnamon, sweetener, vanilla essence, pure cocoa...

Let stand in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes so that the oatmeal is hydrated and the pancakes are tender.

When the dough is removed from the refrigerator, it will have thickened enough, add a splash of milk and stir well until it has the desired final consistency.

Pour a small amount into a very hot non-stick frying pan. Cook for 1 minute on each side.

Pancakes ready! They can be eaten on their own or served with nut cream, fruit, melted dark chocolate, homemade jam...
