We prepare the zucchini, wash it and cut it into strips except for a small piece that we will reserve for the sauce. Once cut, add a little salt to release the water and continue with the recipe.

Chop the garlic and sauté it in a frying pan with a little olive oil over low heat so that it does not burn. Then add the whole cherry tomatoes and sauté them for a few minutes together with the garlic. Add the walnuts to the pan and mix with the rest of the ingredients.

Drain the zucchini strips well and add them to the pan along with the rest of the ingredients. Sauté everything for a few minutes and turn off the heat.

In a separate pan, prepare the sauce. Cut into small pieces the piece of zucchini that we had reserved at the beginning and sauté it together with a pinch of ground pepper. When it is ready, add a spoonful of cream cheese and mix until it melts.

Mash the sauce and serve it with the noodles.
