Tagliatelle with shrimp and clams

First we put the noodles to cook. While the water is boiling, cut some onion and a clove of garlic and add it to the pan with a little oil.

When the onion and garlic are ready, add 10 clams. When we see that they are opening, add a handful of shrimp. (I have defrosted a big handful of frozen shrimps).

When we see that the shrimps and clams are ready, we add some parsley and then a jar of cream. Add a little black pepper and salt, and stir.

When we have the noodles, drain and then add the sofrito. And ready to eat!
