Preparación de la receta
1
Place 1/2 block of frozen spinach in a container covered with plastic wrap or the lid of the microwave to heat for 8 minutes at maximum power.
2
Meanwhile, chop half an onion and a clove of garlic and fry it with a little bit of olive oil.

3
Boil water with a pinch of salt to cook the gnocchi.
4
Once the onion is poached, add the cheese and let it melt.

5
When it is melted, add a splash of milk (evaporated or semi-skimmed) so that the sauce is more full-bodied and not so thick.

6
When the water is boiling put the gnocchi to cook for two minutes, we will know they are ready because they start to float.

7
Add the spinach to the sauce (I didn't add all of it because I thought it was too much).

8
Once the gnocchi are cooked, we take a spoonful of the cooking water and add it to the sauce. Then add the gnocchi and mix everything very well.

9
Serve and if we like we can grate a little parmesan on top. And ready to enjoyrrr!!! 😋 they are incredibly good, I promise!
