Add the garlic and turn the heat to 3 or 2, the trick is to make them over very low heat so that a very aromatic oil is obtained and the garlic is soft.

When the garlic is already 10 minutes in the fire, add little by little all the spices.

Continue over low heat until golden brown. Then put everything in a jar to keep it well. It can last up to 1 month. They are ideal to spread on toast, with cheese; to add to vegetables that we are going to sauté, to add to a stew...etc. They have many uses.
