Preheat the oven to 180 °C and cook an egg for 13 minutes from the time the water starts to boil.

Prepare the rest of the ingredients, remove the edges of the sliced bread, drain the tuna and beat everything until it is a homogeneous mixture. You can replace the evaporated milk with cream.

Grease the mold with a little oil. It is advisable to use one that can be easily removed from the mold.

Pour the mixture into the mold and place in the oven for 35 minutes or until a knife is inserted and comes out clean.

This dish can be eaten hot, warm or cold. So the resting time once it comes out of the oven depends on how you want to consume it.

I usually eat it cold, so I leave it in the fridge for a few hours. Then I turn it out onto a plate (in the same way as I turn the omelette) and decorate the top with a little mayonnaise and grated boiled egg.
