I add the milk by eye, just a splash so that the dough is not too thick.

Put a spoonful of dough in the pan and when bubbles appear it is ready to turn over. Put on low heat so that they are well done, without burning on the outside, and are not raw inside.

On top of each pancake I put some hazelnut cream. I'm sure with some peanut butter 🥜 and banana slices they are also good 😉.
