Mix the dry ingredients first: 4 tablespoons of coconut flour, half a tablespoon of baking powder, two sachets of Stevia, a tablespoon of shredded coconut. You can add chocolate chips in this step if you prefer to make chocolate chips instead of chocolate chips.

Add the wet ingredients: drops of vanilla essence, a tablespoon of coconut oil, a large egg, and mix until it forms a dough that does not stick to your hands. Add almond or coconut milk if necessary.

Form small balls and flatten in a baking pan. You can put oil or greaseproof paper, in my case I didn't put anything, unmold with a spatula.

Add chocolate chips on top of each one. You will get about 15 approx, depending on the size you make them. Bake in a moderate oven until golden brown.

And enjoy a delicious snack or breakfast. Serve with a rich coffee with cream, sprinkled with cocoa. A delight! Make them and let me know!
