Pour the oatmeal in a saucepan and cover with water. Cook until thick.

Pour in the egg whites little by little and stirring constantly until a creamy texture is obtained.

Add a spoonful of cocoa (and sweetener, if necessary for you) while stirring.

Optional: you can add a scoop of neutral whey protein to increase its protein content.

If it is too thick, you can add a splash of milk until you get the texture you like.
