Cut the strawberries (choose the ripest) and put them in a saucepan with water over medium heat.

Add 3/4 dates when they start to fall apart, remove the pits (and the skin if it is very hard or if you don't like to find it).

Remove from heat and add the coconut and chia seeds and stir well.
