Grilled leeks with fruit sauce

Wash the leek, grapes and pears. Cut the leek in half and the pears in pieces.

In a non-stick frying pan with a drop of olive oil, brown the leek.

In a frying pan add oil and leek pieces and let it fry for 3-4 minutes. Add the pear pieces and sauté. When we see that the pear is softening we crush it with a fork to release the juice. I always leave some pieces uncrushed as well.

Add the grapes to the pan and sauté. Crush a little with a fork to release the flavor and leave others whole.

Sauté everything and add a little water and pepper. Let it cook for 5 minutes with the lid on.

Serve the leeks on a plate and add the sauce on top.
