Beat all the ingredients for the pancakes (best in a powerful mixer so that the oat flakes are well blended, you can also do it with oat flour).

We make the pancakes in a pan with a little EVOO, I put it with a napkin to avoid excess.

Assemble our tower of pancakes and add toppings to taste, I have chosen strawberries.
