Let's get down to business. First of all, salt and pepper the chicken that we will have cut into cubes (I use healthy chicken, the one they say "de campo").

Cut the mushrooms into slices and also reserve. Crush the garlic (about two heads) and remove the skin.

In a deep frying pan, put EVOO and add the mushrooms, which we sauté lightly over high heat. When they begin to toast, remove and set aside.
